  • Most fruits & vegetables
    • Apples
    • Bananas
    • Carrots
    • Unsweetened cranberries (or small amounts of cranberry sauce)
    • Cucumbers
    • Green veggies
    • Potatoes (Sweet, baked, etc. with no additives)
    • Pumpkin
  • Most meats without fat, skin, or bone
  • Macaroni noodles



  • Anything that contains onion or garlic
    • Stuffing
    • Certain mashed potato recipes
  • Grapes/raisins
  • Chocolate
  • Macadamia nuts
  • Caffeinated foods
  • Candy
  • Dairy
  • Chives
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt/sugar
